Balance Sheet Lending

Through our large networks of local, regional, and national banks, we are usually able to place the loan with a lender that will accommodate the borrower’s needs, vis-à-vis rates terms, and proceeds. Typically a balance sheet bank will lend up to 75% of the appraisal value, and some may require a credit enhancement of sorts, from the borrower. These transactions generally close within 60 days and bear interest rates similar to those of other commercial real estate transactions. This product has no regulatory restrictions on cash-outs, or equity recaptures.
